and what have I to show for myself? Hmm. Well, I didn't like those purple striped socks after all. So what do you do when you don't like a sock? I couldn't decide. To frog or not, hmm. I just made another one in my "usual" pattern and now I have 2 purple striped socks that do not match. And a blue and green one, I can't find the other skein of yarn to make a mate for that!
I did finish the baby blanket - see pics. Now, what do I send? Both or just one? Now I need to find a hat pattern that will work with that yarn.
I have officially given up on the Aran Weight Victorian Lace Shawl. There seems to be too many problems with the pattern. I don't like to have to work that hard on a pattern.
My friend has decided she wants a "sassy shawl" - any thoughts out there?
